This Privacy Policy explains what information Seerua Appliance Care ("we", "us") collects when you use seerua.com or book a service, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Booking details: your name, mobile number, full address, city, the appliance and service you choose, preferred date and time slot, and any problem description or photo you add.
Account details: if you verify your number with OTP or save an address, we keep your name, number, address and city so you don't have to type them again.
Reviews: star ratings and review text you give after a completed job. Reviews may be shown on our website with your first name, last-name initial and city only — never your phone number or address.
Chat messages: messages you type to our chat assistant, Bella.
Technician applications: details you submit on our Careers page.
Usage data: basic information about how the website is used (pages visited, device and browser type) through Google Analytics.
On your device: we store small items in your browser (such as your cart, saved account details and a secret booking key) so the site remembers you on that phone or computer. You can clear them any time from your browser settings.

2. How we use it

To confirm your booking, assign a technician and reach your home.
To send booking updates and service reminders by call, SMS or WhatsApp.
To let you track, cancel or re-book your bookings.
To provide warranty support and handle complaints.
To improve our services and prevent misuse of the website.

3. Who we share it with

The technician assigned to your job receives your name, phone number, address and job details, only to do the job.
Service providers who help run the website: website hosting, OTP/SMS delivery (MSG91), the AI service that powers our chat assistant, and Google Analytics. They use the data only to provide their service to us.
When required by law or to protect our customers, technicians or business.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed for service, warranty, accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account details at any time (see below); some booking records may need to be kept where the law requires.

5. Your choices and rights

Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or update it.
Ask us to delete your account details, or withdraw your consent to being contacted.

To do any of this, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections and limiting access to staff and technicians who need it. No system is completely secure, so please keep your OTP private.

7. Children

Our services are meant for adults. Bookings should be made by a person aged 18 or above.
